OK CCP, now that Project Legion has been announced back in Fanfest 2014 and now that you have done many of the recent changes with Dust through hotfixes Alpha and Bravo with Charlie on the way, what is it about Dust that you have learned now to NEVER DO AGAIN? In fact, let me break down this question into respective categories.
Your Upper Management Staff The Dust 514 Keynote during Fanfest 2014 CPM0 Matchmaking Racial Parity BPOs Planetary Conquest Eve-Dust Connection Weapon/Suit Balancing Skill Tree Market
In each of these categories, what were the mistakes you made (and I know you made mistakes in each of them) and how will you make sure it doesn't happen again in Legion?

This ensured you would not get an honest or transparent response from CCP.
Anyone who did respond to it would be fired for calling out their superiors, or they would be attempting to cover their asses.
Regardless, we all know (as reported by The Guardian article) it was their upper management that made many mistakes which resulted in the cancellation of World of Darkness, Dust 514 falling onto the wayside, and Incarna becoming a total mess upon launch.
But I guess that doesn't matter as long as they have "more pssssh".
Anyways, the reason I brought it up is because every time I think of the mistakes made in the overall gameplay and design of Dust I can't help but think of how they mismanaged the game in the beginning which invariably leads me to think of their upper management.

In that case, let's see.
1. A top management that thinks it's ok to be arrogant and yet still didn't get fired is the first obvious mistake. 2. Sloppy and lazy presentation in the Dust 514 keynote during Fanfest 2014. 3. A council which didn't do anything useful or beneficial to the game. 4. Failure to implement a matchmaking system... at all, which would've helped resolve the issue of pub stomping. 5. Racial parity took too long to be fully implemented which resulted in CCP breaking their promise of "no more respecs" multiple times. 6. BPOs as they are in Dust were a terrible idea in the first place and should never have been implemented at all. At least CCP acknowledged this already as a mistake. 7. Planetary Conquest gives me the impression, after seeing multiple iterations of it, that CCP hardly tests their ideas before implementing them. 8. What Eve-Dust connection? 9. Weapons and suits took far too long to be balanced primarily because racial parity took too long. 10. Highly inefficient skill tree with lots of useless skill books and levels. 11. The market had practically too much ISK flowing and not enough sinks to control the flow. That and no exchange contracts were ever implemented. Not even a simple peer-to-peer trade window emerged.
Does that sum it up for you?
